i understand what you are saying, but the excitement I refer to is the combination of knowing where the company is heading and its low price currently.
When the company begins to deliver on any of the plethora of catalyst news in the pipeline (including license/partnership deals) the price will NOT be $1.17. .i.e. the horse would have already bolted.
