A potential takeover is probably an ideal new topic but just a few of my thoughts.
Bigpharma would make it hard to resist.
I am no expert but an offer may include:
Payment four to five times market cap or a share swap which may have positive tax implications for share holders.
All senior staff and board member retain there positions for five years.
Please discuss.
