Personally, I hope & believe that this level of manipulation is behind MSB now.

As MSB is getting closer to commercialisation, we have tangible targets.
So it would be much harder for manipulators to play their games, as they won't get away with it as easily. There are other factors that forces the SP to go the other way. e.g. ASX200 inclusion, general excitement with regular +ve annc...

But, most importantly, MSB is not in need of another CR any time soon.

I don't short, but if I do, I would look at MSB and say - nah, there is too much upside risks - there are easier targets out there on the ASX and move on

So, the shorting game on MSB is over from my point of view.
With existing MSB shorters, all they have left is to work out an exit strategy!

    They are in a catch-22:
    • Exit fast and this will trigger a short squeeze which will cause the SP to surge upwards
    • Exit slow and risk more value accretive announcements coming through and the SP will surge upwards too

Of course, they could wait for a market crash - but really, is that how you want to do business?

So absolutely no stress from me with MSB shorters.
