The lower level FDA types don’t change much through any administration change....same BS from the FDA regardless of republicans or democrats in office.... I’m afraid that most bureaucratic types know that their power is mainly vested and manifested in the power of saying “no”. Making a company jump through often somewhat arbitrary hoops allows them to show who’s boss and results in further accretion of “power”, if not wisdom....sadly
