Yes, it was 2 days ago. The ASX investors are too dimwitted to interprate an announcement indicating FDA is prepared to work closely with Mesoblast to fast track their CHF treatment with even a shot at approval with no further trials for a blockbuster product whilst the SP sits at close to its 12 month lows.
