The Meso listing was very controversial; I remember. there were views for and against. It was supposed to increase our profile and connect the company more easily to US investors. It is a mute point if that has succeeded. But what has happened ever since is that "control" of our company is in the hands of the FDA - or put another way we have "given control" it to the FDA. Most of the FDA board are recruited from the US, most of the key personnel are recruited in the US, and most FDA appointments get on or off the merry-go-round via "advisory roles" with Big Pharma. If you didn't know that you are not reading Hot Copper enough.

To me there is a big piece missing from the MSB puzzle. Despite that we have 24/7 news access via millions of journalists, real facts can stay out of sight when there is conspiracy. In Australia we have suddenly been given the news that our massive drug crime wave which has cost hundreds of lives is actually controlled and financed by N'drangheta syndicates! But what is really really shocking is the length of time this has remained hidden

Our company needs a bit of fact digging.The lemmings that control our sp on ASX are just that IMO and the local investment community are not our friends, in fact the opposite maybe. I wonder if we need a sea change to regain momentum and get the company back in strong hands - behind the scenes where the deals happen. We hope we might graft our way out of trouble eventually, like years away, with funding deals and via the FDA treating us nicely. I suggest that's rubbish, we never understood the FDA. Maybe MSB would be better placed by locating into USA because that's where we want to play. What goes on at Collins St I have no idea, but influencing the FDA certainly ain't one of them, so why are we there. And further, the days of SI heralding MSB to become one of the biggest companies on the ASX IS out of time.

I've been loyal and will not sell because the cells work. But could it be time for serious course change I'm asking?

Hi Antibody.
If we "relocated" to the USA which may be better off in the future,, what effect would it have for the Australian shareholder? Would we keep our shares listed on the ASX with just the company headquarters changing location, or would the asx shares be removed and all aspects of company be run from USA.
I would be interested in your thoughts on possible scenarios. I sometimes think it would have more chance if it were wholly American.
