Agree with you 100% I wouldn't be surprised they put aGVHD on hold indefinitely and focus on the above mentioned.
Ryoncil is a bit complex, especially with trials, not able to blind, because of age of patients. Get heart and back approved and the rest will fall in place.
FDA wants assurance on stem cells and Agvhd wont cut it at the moment.
