Depressing watching MSB succumb to micro trading down to close at 1.165 on the wretched ASX today, after Meso showed the way almost 1.23 in NY.
I got to thinking what ticks in the minds of Sector and others who just cant digest the obvious facts of a 2-way short campaign we've seen to drive the company into the slums by any means - sowing doubt in the minds of weak holders. A signature of beaten up people in modern society - hung up at every turn, frightened to leave the house. And destined to completely miss out - literally having Mesoblast stolen off them like armed robbery.
My sleepy thoughts drifted to my favourite action film "RUNAWAY TRAIN" by Andrei Konchalovski in 1985 starring Jon Voight, Eric Roberts and Rebecca de Mornay. A fictional film about very tough people surviving in a remote freezing prison, against the worst imaginable horrors.
The scene I quote is where the rail head of security Rankin (John P Ryan) confronts the upstart traffic manager Barstow (Kyle Heffner) for his unwillingness to take orders under pressure. After shoving Barstow's head into a toilet bowl and giving it a good flush Rankin upbraids the dripping wet Barstow with some choice words...."I appreciate your great difficulty understanding some things....
the reason is your brains are just too small to understand!!!
2 Academy Awards and 8 nominattons. They don't make em like that any more.
