Buy what you can afford. Don't be greedy hoping it will rise to all time highs. Who knows if today's price is cheap. FDA say no and your investment will drop back to under $1. That will make today's price expensive.
MSB is speculative and some of the comments here are speculative.
My best advise is invest what you can afford to lose. Simple.
I hope FDA say yes but this is no way near a 80 or 90% certain. It's 50/50 chance.
