Of course there are always sellers, that is just a given on any stock, but net effect was 5% increase on MESO SP so it was a buy up and taking a position and not a sell down of position.
That is the key important factor - buy up a position.
Also many of the stocks purchased above the 5% as well so they wanted in a were happy to pay above 10% of the current price.
They know like a lot of us the price should not be down here and happy to pay anywhere in this price region.
Of course there are always sellers, that is just a given on any...
