Yes if a Partner was building a position so to have enough to grab a seat on the BoD, ( The deal could already be in place Subject to a BLA approval ) it wouldn't cost much now compared with after such a announcement.
Greg George and SurgCenter has a seat now at great expense.... and cost average into 10% .... who's next?
All Spec but SI has been banging on about a Partnership for along time " its in advance stage" .... now way say that?? I'm sure he doesn't like egg on face as much as the next CEO !
