We are all assuming it is a 'bed of roses' between SI and GG .... if it is, then great - if not GG is likely to do what is best for him, SurgCenter and his team of investors / suitors (if applicable)
Either way, he now has a big say in any takeover or Scheme of Arrangement - maybe he is just trying to get 26% between him and SI to prevent a successful SOA ? All conjecture at this stage until we know more.
