Keep in mind that a lot of immune system problems occur due to what's missing. It may just be the Sun. Early morning and late arvo Sun are not the same as mid-day Sun. Sleeping and mood, also affected by exposure to Sun, can also play a role in immune system problems.
Could be something else missing of course or a combination.
Due to a well spent youth in the Sun I have skin cancer issues but still get early and late Sun but fish at night rather than the day. Doctors cannot make a living off of me. Vets cannot either.
