I have a theory… might not be true but I think that perhaps the lawsuit, particularly the US one, may just have been what MSB needed. Getting lawyers involved, a little bit of research and I just wonder what they found?
Doesn’t hurt to have a bottom drawer. A hoo place to leave things in case needed at a future date.
Reg, I reckon an announcement isn’t too far off. Before Christmas for sure!
