Further to this, ADRs were set up to allow the US investor to trade Mesoblast...
But, there's only one company - Mesoblast; and so there's only one MC.
BTW IMO it's a good thing for the increased % split of ADRs to 30%, as when Mesoblast is ready to run, MESO will lead the way.
