I nudged it with a bit of tiny retail holder arbitrage. Sold 17000 MSB shares at 1.155. Took the proceeds plus a few extra $ and bought 1800 ADRs at 7.37 = equivalent to 1.11 MSB.
With a big enough account and holdings in both markets, arbitrage can be a profitable little game. Some risk involved though, got lucky selling near the MSB day high and on the low end of the day for Meso.
