It's holders realising no real news will come until the FDA finishes their review in 6 months - and my bet is that they'll ask for more evidence, just like the last two attempts.
Though that's purely IMO.
As the recent rise has been based on hype revolving around the resubmission, now that it's happened the hype is wearing off.
