I think there are two possibilities, much like I said last time
1. Mesoblast recieves a third CRL along with a request for a new trial.
2. Mesoblast receives a conditional approval for children. That is along the lines of the Canadian regulator, where they have a limited time eg two years to conduct a better controlled trial and if Mesoblast doesn't do it the approval is withdrawn.
I would expect that Mesoblast will get some revenues from that through Dr Kurtzberg it's but unlikely enough to cover expenses and costs, so they will continue to run at a loss. The time will expire without a result and approval will eventually be withdrawn. SI will squeal and write letters requesting new meetings and parade more anecdotal stories but this time the FDA will stand firm.
