Hi again. I don't know how they decide, but right now Interactive Brokers has a 100 percent maintenance requirement for MSB (=no margin lending) and only 33 percent for Meso.... anyone gonna tell them it's the same company? Meanwhile, Robinhood is at 70 percent for Meso (77% initial) and Webull is 100% for Meso, but I remember them offering margin lending on Meso in the past. I think all their rules are pretty arbitrary, like market cap and/or price per share.
I won't speculate on margin, but if we get approval and the share price soars, then I will use margin to pay exercise costs so I can minimize any short term sales which would otherwise be needed.
