I agree about the total 14.76%.
I'm looking at the liquidity of shares at each market, ASX & NASDAQ.
If he owns 7.9M MESO shares on Nasdaq means he controls 30% of the outstanding shares and that might explain why the market is tight in the USA
In contrast to MSB shares in the ASX, the retail holders are owners of over 50% so traders & retail are willing more to transact.
Hence, more likely will see more transfer of MSB (ASX) to MESO ( Nasdaq), especially as you said if FDA approval is received
