I think the consensus might be a regaining confidence in the bio sector, with the new appointment of the head of the FDA.. The bio's have been in the negative for far too long, with reasons. Now science just might evolve and rise in the market with due recognition, because gold does not save lives, but science does, and there is nothing more precious than life.
