I think MSB need to close this CLBP deal in the 'coming weeks' ... lol
They need to strengthen the balance sheet and they are below where they like to sit 'cash' wise and if they are to start the CLBP trial mid year as they continue to claim, then they will need the deal signed sealed and delivered so to speak well before they start the trial to cover set-up costs, site costs, etc etc
The only way around this would be if yesterday's announcement triggered a partial draw down of the remaining Oaktree funding but even then half is only $15 million and that may even come with more restrictions above the US $35 million threshold ?
