Actually a PE ratio of 30 has nothing to do with what you receive in dividends and nothing to do with inflation or taxes. It means that the company's market capitalisation is currently 30 times its profits. A company may decide to pay no dividends but its value may still rise because it has reinvested the profits to grow the company faster. The valuation of $200+ is based on an industry average PE ratio and the expected profits of MSB if it successfully sells into some large markets after successful trial results.
