    In terms of risk.
    It's not a pharmaceutical drug!
    They're STEM CELLS.

    They're brought within the definition of a DRUG because what the FDA ultimately does is control safety and efficacy of what's administered by means of regulation.

    That includes medical devices. They aren't pharmaceutical drugs either!
    But medical devices can be unsafe. So you have protocols to test them.
    Stem cells can be unsafe so you have protocols to test them too. BUT they're not the same risks!!!

    It's about SAFETY and EFFICACY.

    The protocols for these stem cells are vastly different to pharmaceutical DRUGS and to medical devices.

    I hate people lumping them in all together as if they're the same! They're VASTLY different.

    It's been going on for YEARS now and shorters and their mates never tire of confusing the public on this issue of risk. Calling it a drug is just needlessly confusing.
