The COVID-19 ARDS RCT may not show anywhere near the efficacy the EAP did of 83% so not sure that is a rock solid strategy ....
..... surely you have looked at the probability of success of the other two phase 3 trial read outs due anytime in your assessment ? ... or the BLA awaiting approval by the FDA perhaps ?
