From the article: "Scientists are calling on heart patients who have tested positive to COVID-19 to contact the Institute to participate in their Australian first research."
This pretty clearly rules out being part of the up-to-300 patient trial being run by CSTN in North America. For a start, candidates there won't be able to pick up a phone, let alone talk.
