Actually, I agree with Madam here...the value of a 6 month "look " was established funnily enough, 6 months ago. Why MSB has granted them another 6 month period with no consideration is beyond me. If there were other potentially interested parties, they have effectively been shut out. I'm told that a high degree of trust has built up between the 2 parties but to me, that's beside the point. Silviu is either a sh*thouse poker player, folding when holding a good hand, or he is just desperate to get Celgene on board. Of course, it seems as though Celgene is interested in more than just GvHD and Crohn's which may account for the free kick awarded to them. Not terribly impressed though.
