Ha! My new best pal Madam! I feel like a dork now but Dolcevitriol's assertion that I only had a superficial understanding was the straw that broke the camel's back. I am an old bloke, living in the US/UK and have worked in capital markets all my life, and have been involved with MSB for a long time, including the last capital raising. As Dolcevitriol aptly puts it, I spat the dummy because I couldn't be bothered wasting my time defending views which disagreed with the cheerleaders mantra. I feel the red infuriator ( a decent Pauiallac) may have coloured my postings so I apologise for my girly reaction and will continue to comment when appropriate.
