So I think they wanted to get indication up to age 18 as pediatrics population where there is crossover for Jakafi from 12-18. They now are going to ask only up to age 12 where there is no treatment and then run the RCT for those older than that as in the adult trial. Seems silly as Jakafi was only tested in approx 10 people 12-18 years of age.
