I think what would put all of us at ease is a confirmation from SI & his legal team knowing about this matter - then we can sleep better knowing action will be taken in the correct manner.
How does one get this confirmation from MSB ?? Its my view being an Australian Company based in Melbourne it shouldn't be that difficult.
