Class action won’t touch MSB- their actions were totally above board- but if you look at litigation against the press and shorters at that time there may be a case. Misinformation put out by others hardly can cause a lawsuit against MSB!
To MSB faithfuls- think that the shorters are having trouble coming up with newsworthy negative agendas- reckon the trial results put many of those to bed!
