So a manufacturer publishes the sales figures of other businesses, their resellers, or in this case a licensor publishes the sales figures of individual licensees? Is that normal, would we do that with Takeda too if they get that far, publish their net sales volumes?
We do know that JCR is has entered into an arrangement late last year to increase the distribution network 10 fold beyond the testing network. I think that makes it a bit premature to claim
Either way, Temcell has not, and looks like, will not be the success for msb it was claimed to be but maybe will be so for jcr.
If you have read the news release you will have seen;
Mesoblast is entitled to receive royalties and other payments at pre-defined thresholds of cumulative net sales.
Other types of payments at other cumulative thresholds may be forthcoming.
