Exactly.

The primary question is a simple one for an informed investor: Do you believe MSB's treatments work?

If the answer is "Yes", the next step is to face the fact that MSB is at the cutting edge of medical science, and that even though the treatments work, it's not yet always clear just how they work, or on which patients or against what conditions they work best.

With those facts in mind, the next question is "when is the right time to buy MSB, and when is the right time to sell?"

This has been, up till now, an easy question to answer. It's also where I have been a total loser with this stock. As an MSBeliever, I have never been able to approach MSB as a detached trader that sells my MSB shares as easily as I buy them.

That's a real shame, because the "MSB Pattern" is actually axiomatic - price goes up on good news, then sinks when we don't get the follow up approval. Good news=rise...no news/less than stellar news=fall (helped along by shorts, ambo chasers and Tom Richardson...). Over and over and over and over again since I have invested in this stock. You can set your bloody watch by it.

I have to admit that I am a moron that could have made a ton more money buying and selling MSB in line with the CLEAR and EVER REPEATING MSB Pattern. Instead, I have never willingly sold a single share (had to dump 20K due to a stop loss earlier this year). Idiot.

But that's okay. I am satisfied with my decisions. Approvals WILL COME. They have to...because the treatments work. 10 years from now, when MSB's share price is sitting multiples higher than today's price, it won't matter what the share price was on 30 April 2021.
