I'm not sure why you think it's time to pull out the 'mission accomplished 'banner given the stock price is still roughly where it was at the end of 2022.
All the company has done is just announced its resubmission to the FDA. Are you sure the FDA won't reject the submission yet again and demand yet more trails? Because that is pretty much what has occurred every - single - time.
Shareholders here rejoiced and laughed in joy at each submission, only to get punched down again and again as the FDA kept saying no.
But then again, some people just never learn.
