MSB needed to confirm their Novartis deal, confirm a new partnership in CHF or get some other supplementary funding from somewhere or another capital raising was likely.

Oh look they just got $100 mill out of a private fund placement completely out of the blue and against any expectations and you are clinging at the dilutive effects. Its getting a bit boring as said...
