As I have recently said small cap stocks are getting re rated due to a bull run in the tech sector , I think MSB is going cheap. Surely there is some risk to investment given the debt burden but one approval will lead significant upside. I think investors should keep in mind the reasons why they have invested in the first place and weigh the risk vs reward ratio. I expect the price to settle between 40 to 50 cents before we get any further news. Good luck to everyone.
