people who are against the class action has shares in current msb. And are afraid that if class action succeeds. Msb will take a plunge.
really its common sense.
msb failed to disclose negative results of their drug.
and instead withhold the information from my understanding and they got busted with evidence/proof.
So, DYOR but in my opinion.
this class action must be or is a sure thing.
And its being managed by specialist for court rulings.
When you register. It will ask you how much money you lost from 2018 to 2020 in detail.
this will be a substantial amount.
Settlements are no joke. You wont be asked to return the money but will have to pay with interest if found guilty.
