LMAO .... like they did in the USA .... a whole $2 million dollars of which the lawyers took most of and left the punters with very little after 'expenses'
If one used your logic, then Optus must have been ready to settle 2 years ago when the CA lawyers in Australia asked complainants to estimate their financial losses in detail... oh wait ! .... and I am not sure what businesses would be able to claim losses ? It is only actual shareholders who suffered losses through the specific period outlined in the complaint - whilst a registered business name can hold shares you are kind of inferring something else, which is incorrect (obviously)
