I registered to participate in the class action against MSB, having bought (and subsequently sold) shares during the qualifying period. This latest email regarding the class action results from the court ordering MSB to contact all eligible shareholders regarding their entitlement to participate. It costs nothing to register and if the class action is successful you should receive a payout of some sort. A couple of years ago I received a similar email regarding a class action against Estia (EST). I then registered to participate. The class action was successful and the claimants were awarded approximately $38 million. The lawyers kept $13 million in fees and commission and the remaining $25 million was divided amongst the shareholders who had registered. I received $2600. Cost me nothing and took about 10 minutes of my time to register.
