Seems like as soon as the stock is about to take off on the back of pending developments with FDA in march someone wants to make holders nervous and sell by bringing up class action lawsuit. As I have recently said small cap stocks are getting re rated due to a bull run in the tech sector , I think MSB is going cheap. Surely there is some risk to investment given the debt burden but one approval will lead significant upside. I think investors should keep in mind the reasons why they have invested in the first place and weigh the risk vs reward ratio. I expect the price to settle between 40 to 50 cents before we get any further news. Good luck to everyone.
