Call it what you like .... seems to be rather factual at this stage and this is why I dumped shares at 47 cents back in Sep 2023 (Post #:69920461) .... I said it wouldn't be a quick fix back then regardless of the rhetoric coming out of the company and here we are at the end of April 2024 (almost another 9 months) with no FDA BLA resubmission yet - just sayin'
That said, I didn't expect a CR at 30 cents either which was a bonus I guess for me being able to actually 'oversubscribe'... unlike what many didn't do
