That is a very relevant view, and one which I sense fails to be considered by many people.

Capital markets might be very deep and wide, but they are not eternally without discernment.

The equity markets are not simply capital-on-tap; it is quite exacting and demanding.

And while it will never be technically shut to companies that are serial capital raisers, the terms that it requires varies greatly depending on the circumstances.

In that context, your reference to "reasonable terms" is an important one that certainly bears some contemplation by followers of MSB.
