Mesoblast announced the settlement of a consolidated shareholder class action two days ago. The suit alleged Mesoblast made materially misleading statements and omissions causing their share price to be artificially inflated and when the truth was revealed, the price declined. PR and DS were employed at Mesoblast during that time.
