Actually, Paul did hold positions in another company while he was with PAR. I think it was MSB, or was it NSB?
Can't be bothered doing the research, but it was an issue for many of us that he was being paid full time with PAR and holding a position elsewhere. Anyone with a better memory than mine care to share?
