WKT hasn't secured funding yet. They have a "finance facility letter" which remains subject to conditions precedent -- that's another way of saying they have a conditional term sheet. I have a finance background, I'm not confused by the announcement or its misleading title.
If you want to talk about "5 years later though", perhaps WKT's 5-year chart might interest you. A change of 160% is definitely respectable, though still a long way off the gains by one of its peers and WKT barely has two pennies to rub together - its peer has $55m in the bank.
