Thanks for your interest in C@.

Our immediate plans are to order frames, lenses and equipment with the goal of establishing our production facility and commencing operations by the 1st of July 2006.


We are also planning to go on roadshows around Australia in Feb, March and April in order to recruit 25 independent optical practices to begin the 6 month due diligence period. During that period they try out our products and services and if both parties are happy they joint venture with us by co branding their practices with the C@ branding.


We currently have 10 practices in our group and we are very confident that we can recruit another 15 to meet our start up goal. What we are focused on at the moment is getting the business up and running and getting to the stage of recurring revenues, which we aim to do by July 1st.



We feel that if we can get 25 practices in the group (Andrew hinted this would generate cash flow positive position in another email )then we will probably get 50. If we get 50 then we will have a good chance of getting 100 and then reaching our goal of 300 practices in 5 years.



We plan to keep shareholders updated with regular newsletters detailing our progress to our goals.
