TFG, you raise a very valid point here and it triggers more from my end. If Hav BOD knew SIMEC were only to provide say half the committed funding would they still have agreed to the share subscription price points? Or were the price points only valid when the deal in it's entirety (~$45M) was considered?
I would think the latter, Richards response to me if SIMEC were a bd partner or a poor funder was that we would trigger some clauses in the contract etc, however this then gets us into a legal stoush. which is not what we would want. I think the BoD have all their eggs in this basket.
