I have spoken with Chris (as I have Walter) post EGM notice going out and before the email was posted. I did not receive the email that was posted. However, the comments in the posted email were consistent with my discussions with Chris. I have no reason to suspect it is not genuine. The email doesn't say much, other than he would like to say more if he was allowed to. I would think that Chris would give us his thoughts on the deal if he was allowed to.
