I emailed the company today regarding 2 announcements as follows:
"I refer to your announcement on 20thMay 2011 regarding the presentation at the World Cancer Congress. The announcement advises that the paper will be made available on the Viralytics website. Could you advise when it will be available.
I also refer to the announcement on 23 May 2011 regarding the FDA investigational new drug. In that announcement it states that Viralytics will respond with a full clinical response within 5 days. Since the 5 days has passed, can you advise if the response was made."
I received a quick response from Brian Dulhunty (MD) as follows:
"I am surprised the presentation is not on the website. I thought it was put on there last Friday I will ensure it is on the web site tomorrow
FYI I have attached a copy of the presentation
In answer to your question re FDA lodgement ? yes VLA did respond within the 5days as we set out in the ASX announcement."
