Q - Where is Dereck ?

-Derek working very hard to get value into Sultan.


Q - Togo ?

- Can?t say much re Togo but hang in there and remain positive.

- Looks like SSC want this project under there terms.


Q -Incentive plan?

- We remain very positive about the future of this company and the board is committed to delivering value into Sultan, which is why we would be prepared to acquire 275m shares at around 75% higher than market price today ? nobody else would do that? If that is not a strong long term statement of our commitment then I do not know what is?

just a desire to incentivise the right people to find and bring in quality projects that we need to build this company, and ultimately work very hard to deliver value for all the shareholders.

Q -Current market and news ?

-The board and management here at Sultan are well aware of the effects this correction in world markets is having on Sultan share price and you need to understand that we are working very hard on a solid plan and strategy to ultimately reverse this trend and see long term growth in our company.

- $6m on hand , with current market situation should create a better negotiation power .

Q - Any messages for the shareholders?
